Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jamboree Education, we strive to provide the highest quality test preparation and admissions consulting services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

Core Policy

Non-Refundable Fees: Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Installment Policy: No installment scheme is allowed for our courses and services.

Payment Deadlines: We reserve the right to stop all services if the fee is not paid in full within 15 days from the date of enrollment.

Course Cancellation

If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a classroom or online training program:

• The student must notify the respective center or the online support team in writing.
• As per our core policy, no refunds will be issued for the fee already paid.
• Students may request to postpone their start date or transfer their enrollment to a different batch, subject to availability and approval from the management.

Admissions Consulting Services

For students enrolled in our admission counselling and application processing services:

• Once the consulting process has initiated (including profile evaluation, university shortlisting, or essay brainstorming), the service is considered active.
• No refunds will be provided even if the student decides not to apply to the shortlisted universities or chooses to discontinue the service.
• Jamboree is not responsible for any rejection from universities, as admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective institutions.

Service Termination

Jamboree Education Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment or access to services without any refund in the following cases:

• Failure to pay the balance fee within the stipulated 15-day period.
• Misconduct or violation of the institute's code of conduct.
• Misuse of Jamboree's intellectual property, including study materials, online portals, and software.

Policy Changes

Jamboree Education reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page and will be effective immediately.
